The concept for Castle HR was born from a personal experience – our CEO, Tom Nickalls, was terminated from his role in an unprofessional manner. While discussing this with colleagues, he came to the realization that many leaders at startups and SMBs ‘white knuckle’ HR until they hire internally.The problem is that if businesses wait until they have ~50 employees before making an HR hire, they’ll face a lot of reactivity.
